Dune rehabilitation and a sand back passing system at Woorim Beach aims to rehabilitate dunes and stabilise sand to tackle extreme sand erosion on Bribie Island. Over three years, the Healthy Land & Water's Woorim Foreshore Rehabilitation and Maintenance project involves weed control, planting and sand stabilisation across 2 hectares each year. The project is part of the Moreton Bay Regional Council erosion managment works.
